📋 What You’ll Own
• Accurately process and adjudicate Medicaid claims following policy and CMS regulations
• Use QNXT systems for claims entry, updates, and status tracking
• Troubleshoot and resolve claim discrepancies in a timely, efficient manner
• Maintain detailed documentation and reporting for each claim
• Communicate with internal teams and external partners to clarify or escalate issues
• Stay updated on changes in healthcare insurance regulations and Medicaid policy
• Contribute to process improvements to drive accuracy and efficiency
• Support broader claims team as needed with additional responsibilities
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 1+ year of Medicaid claims processing experience
• Proficiency with QNXT systems
• Sharp attention to detail and strong analytical thinking
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks independently
• Organizational skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting
• High school diploma or equivalent required
