In this remote role, you’ll use your Life & Health license to handle a variety of insurance-related questions and provide real solutions with empathy, clarity, and confidence.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, or social media
• Address insurance-related questions, claims, or concerns with licensed accuracy
• Process payments and provide plan-related assistance
• Calmly resolve or de-escalate sensitive issues when needed
• Log call details for auditing and compliance tracking
• Upsell relevant offerings when required
• Provide consistent feedback on call trends and system gaps
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Active home state Life & Health Insurance License
• High School Diploma or GED
• 6+ months of customer service experience (preferred)
• Able to type 25+ WPM and navigate Windows-based systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Logical thinker with strong organizational skills
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
