🧾 About the Role
Join Cardinal Health’s Sonexus™ Access and Patient Support team—where we help patients access, afford, and remain on life-changing therapies. As an Intake Coordinator, you’ll support patients and providers by navigating onboarding and support services for specialty medications. You’ll be the compassionate first point of contact, helping clear the path to better care.

• Pay Range: $18.10–$25.80/hour
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm CT
• Remote: Fully remote (U.S.-based)

📋 What You’ll Own
• Handle inbound calls with efficiency and empathy, resolving patient/provider needs in one interaction
• Review and process incoming faxes and documentation (as needed)
• Make outbound calls to obtain or verify missing information
• Accurately input and manage data using proprietary software
• Collaborate with referral sources, pharmacies, and internal teams
• Track and report Adverse Events when identified during contact
• Ensure each case is handled with professionalism, urgency, and compliance
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma or equivalent (Certified Pharmacy Tech a plus)
• 1+ year of experience in a high-volume call center preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft systems and general telephony
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently and stay organized under pressure
• Comfortable sitting for long periods in a virtual cubicle setting
• Must be available for full-time remote work and training (on camera, 8am–5pm CT)
