As an Insurance Customer Support Associate, you’ll serve as a trusted liaison for external insurance brokers, guiding them and their clients through the insurance journey—handling enrollment, billing, claims, and policy issues every step of the way. • Work Setting: Fully remote, available in approved U.S. states; not available in AK, CA, HI, or MT; residents of certain states considered under special conditions

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service or insurance-related experience
• High school diploma or equivalent

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
• Reliable high-speed internet (15 Mbps+), wired USB headset, and smartphone or tablet for secure logins
