One Inc is looking for a persuasive, driven Inside Sales Representative to help convert leads into partnerships in the growing insurance digital payments space. You’ll guide potential clients through the full sales cycle, tailor value propositions, and close deals with confidence—all while collaborating across departments and contributing to real revenue impact.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads, develop target lists, and spark conversations
• Run full sales cycle: discovery, pitch, objections, negotiation, and close
• Collaborate with Marketing, Client Success, and Sales Directors to drive lead generation
• Own your accounts—manage short-term wins while building a long-term pipeline
• Stay sharp on competitive offerings, internal solutions, and market trends
• Use CRM (Salesforce), Sales Engagement tools, ZoomInfo, etc. for tracking and reporting
• Share insights and contribute to process improvements
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 2+ years in business development or sales
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Comfortable talking to C-suite executives
• Self-starter with strong communication and negotiation chops
• Quick to adapt, competitive, and coachable
• CRM/Sales platforms (Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo) familiarity
• Experience in insurance or mortgage a plus
