Position Highlights
Pay: $20.00/hour base + commission
Employment Type: Full-time
Schedule: Rotating shifts within Mon–Fri 6:30 AM–8:00 PM CST and Sat 8:30 AM–5:00 PM CST
Training Start Date: August 15
Remote: Available in AZ, FL, GA, IN, IA, KS, LA, MO, NE, NV, NC, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, WI

📋 What You’ll Own
• Handle inbound sales calls, staying informed on product offerings while closing sales and accurately documenting interactions
• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and financial services
• Conduct follow-up outreach with existing clients to offer additional coverage or solutions
• Maintain confidentiality, compliance, and required licensing standards
• Support customers through every step of the sales process—from discovery to phone applications


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Active or obtainable life, health, and accident insurance licenses
• Proven sales experience with strong closing and objection-handling skills
• Solid understanding of insurance products and policy language
• Comfortable working in a remote, tech-enabled environment
• Proficient multitasker with strong computer and communication skills
• Access to high-speed internet (minimum 50 Mbps; 150 Mbps recommended)

• Ability to set up and troubleshoot equipment independently
