Join TTEC, an Austin-based customer experience technology company, as a remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative. 📋 What You’ll Own
• Resolve member inquiries on healthcare benefits, eligibility, and enrollment status
• Assist with online health account access and functionality questions

• Document interactions thoroughly while adhering to privacy regulations


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Minimum six months of customer service experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Commitment to HIPAA compliance and protecting patient privacy
• Comfortable using computer systems and online tools
• Speedy internet connection of at least 15 Mbps download
• USB wired headset (recommended; Bluetooth not accepted) plus a smartphone or tablet (iOS/Android) for login tasks
