🧾 About the Role
CareCentrix is hiring multiple full-time Healthcare Customer Service Experts to join our remote, high-volume call center. As the first point of contact for patients and providers, you’ll assist with healthcare service requests, authorizations, and general inquiries—making a real difference every single day. This isn’t just call handling—it’s care navigation with empathy.


Position Highlights
• Full-time, Remote (U.S.-based)
• $17.50/hour + monthly performance bonuses
• Paid training & nesting period (first 5 weeks)
• Start Date: Monday, September 8, 2025
• Post-training shift: Monday–Friday, 11:30 AM–8:00 PM EST
• All equipment provided + stable schedule


📋 What You’ll Own
• Handle 60–65 inbound calls daily from patients, providers, and referral sources
• Assist with service requests for home medical equipment (wheelchairs, wound care, diabetic supplies, etc.)
• Accurately submit new requests, verify status updates, and resolve inquiries
• Navigate dual monitors and multiple applications while actively listening
• Maintain quality, compliance, and productivity standards (AHT, adherence, call quality, etc.)
• Exhibit empathy and clear communication in every interaction
• Log data in real time and safeguard patient information per HIPAA guidelines


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 2+ years customer service experience in a call center
• 1+ year of healthcare-related experience (with medical terminology)
• Strong multitasking ability with attention to detail
• Able to type 30+ WPM and use multiple systems simultaneously
• Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must pass the SHL Customer Service Phone Simulation Assessment
