This is a full-time, fully remote opportunity where youāll support incoming calls, guide callers through benefit enrollment, and make a differenceāone conversation at a time. With comprehensive training provided, youāll be empowered to create positive experiences from the comfort of your home.

ā¢ Full-time, MāF (8-hour shifts ending by 7 PM CST / 8 PM EST / 6 PM MST / 5 PM PST)

ā¢ Answer a wide range of inbound calls with professionalism and empathy
ā¢ Assist callers with benefit enrollment and benefits-related questions
ā¢ Accurately document each call and follow through to resolution
ā¢ Ensure compliance in all transactions
ā¢ Solve problems creatively and collaboratively with your team
ā¢ Deliver service that supports individuals and families making critical decisions

ā¢ Service center or customer service experience required
ā¢ Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
ā¢ Comfortable navigating technology and learning new platforms
