🧾 About the Role
Roadie, a UPS company, is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join their remote team. In this fast-paced role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers using Roadie’s delivery platform. You’ll use your communication skills, empathy, and tech savvy to support users, solve issues, and keep deliveries running smoothly across the country. This full-time position follows a 4-day workweek schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Support customers via phone, email, and text
• Monitor in-progress deliveries and take action when needed
• Address user concerns with professionalism, speed, and care
• Resolve non-standard delivery issues with urgency and empathy
• Use Salesforce and other tools to track interactions and troubleshoot
• Collaborate across teams to ensure a smooth delivery experience


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 1+ year of customer service experience (logistics or tech preferred)
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities in fast-paced environments
• Adaptability to changing processes and tools
• Ability to receive and act on feedback
• Comfort with ambiguity and proactive decision-making
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
• Salesforce experience a plus

• Ability to attend full training beginning August 25
