Whop is redefining what it means to buy and sell online—part marketplace, part movement. With creators earning nearly $1B/year, we’re building the most addicting mall on the internet. And we need sharp, resourceful support specialists to keep it running smooth.

As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll be the first responder for our community of users and creators. You’ll field questions via live chat (Intercom), solve issues with flair, and leave people thinking, “Wow, that was actually helpful.” If you’ve got the speed of a hacker and the empathy of a best friend, this is your kind of job.


Position Highlights
• $48,000 annual salary
• Fully remote — work from anywhere in the world
• 40 hours/week with monthly rotating schedule
• Shifts available:
  • 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM EST
  • 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM EST
  • 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM EST
• Must be available weekends


📋 What You’ll Own
• Serve as the first point of contact for all users and creators via Intercom chat
• Troubleshoot technical and product issues with empathy and clarity
• Escalate complex cases to internal teams when needed
• Keep customer satisfaction high through fast, friendly service
• Collaborate in team huddles to improve workflows, tools, and support docs
• Offer insights from the front lines to help improve the product


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• You’ve used Whop and get the platform
• Background in customer support (or similar role)
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Creative thinker who enjoys solving problems
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities
• Ready to work non-traditional shifts (nights/weekends)
• Familiarity with Intercom, Slack, and Linear is a plus
• Passionate about e-commerce and online business
