As a member of the Buyer Protection team, you’ll work on the front lines of trust—resolving disputes, collaborating with experts, and ensuring both customer satisfaction and marketplace integrity.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Investigate and resolve flagged transactions with fairness and speed
• Act as an escalation point for internal teams like Support and Trade
• Interpret and enforce marketplace policies with diplomacy and clarity
• Assess financial and operational risk, using sound judgment
• Draft and execute process improvements related to policy enforcement
• Collaborate with external restorers, researchers, and in-house experts
• Contribute to policy and feature development to boost marketplace trust
