📋 What You’ll Own
• Respond to customer inquiries via live chat with clarity and empathy
• Handle Tier 1 support needs, from account setup to gameplay guidance
• Troubleshoot issues across both mobile and web platforms
• Ensure smooth onboarding for new users
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex problems
• Maintain high energy, a helpful mindset, and team-first attitude
