Fullstack Academy (now part of Simplilearn) is hiring a Customer Support Associate to help learners stay engaged, supported, and successful throughout their online learning journeys. You won’t be fixing tech issues—you’ll be the encouraging, reliable point of contact who motivates learners to reach their goals.

• Full-time, Remote (U.S.-based)
• $45,000–$50,000/year + benefits
• Standard hours: 8 AM–4 PM EST

• Work closely with internal teams and learners directly
📋 What You’ll Own
• Conduct outbound calls to welcome, support, and encourage learners
• Proactively follow up with inactive or at-risk learners
• Send reminders for key milestones, classes, and assignments
• Provide empathetic guidance to help learners succeed
• Log interactions in Salesforce or other CRMs
• Collect feedback and testimonials to improve the experience
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure learner needs are met
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, support, or learner engagement
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Friendly, persuasive, and empathetic phone presence
• Organized, self-driven, and detail-oriented
• Experience using CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot (preferred)
• Comfortable working in Eastern Time Zone hours (8 AM–4 PM EST)
