At Foley, we’re redefining how companies recruit, screen, and support drivers through our B2B vertical SaaS platform. As a Customer Support Agent, you’ll be the go-to voice for our clients, providing assistance via phone, email, and chat. You’ll troubleshoot issues, educate users on our compliance tools, and serve as a vital bridge between customers and our internal teams. This is more than a support role—it’s a front-row seat to the future of transportation compliance technology.


Position Highlights
Pay: $18.25/hour
Employment Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–8:00 PM EST; Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM EST
Evening Availability: Required at least 2 nights per week (until 8:00 PM)
Remote: Fully remote (CT, MA, PA, NC, SC, GA, FL, TX only)

📋 What You’ll Own
• Provide exceptional service via phone, email, and chat to customers, drivers, and candidates
• Educate users on DOT and FCRA regulations
• Conduct employment verifications and process compliance documents
• Troubleshoot issues and walk users through solutions
• Collaborate across Compliance, Sales, and IT teams to resolve escalated issues
• Accurately log all customer interactions and updates
• Promote Foley’s values and deliver customer-first support at every interaction
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Foley products and services


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Clear and professional verbal/written communication
• Prior remote work experience preferred
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms and CRM tools
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
• Self-motivated with a proactive mindset
• Ability to handle confidential information with care
• Excellent time management and task prioritization
• Comfortable working shift-based schedules with evening hours
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
