🧾 About the Role
Cornerstone Billing Solutions is looking for a Customer Success Representative to support and empower users of our billing software for security alarm dealers. In this remote role, you’ll blend responsive troubleshooting with proactive customer enablement. If you’re great at translating complex systems into simple steps, and you take ownership from first touch to final resolution, this one’s for you.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Act as the go-to contact for support inquiries across billing, integrations, inventory, and more
• Troubleshoot technical issues with empathy, speed, and clarity
• Lead product trainings that empower users to navigate the platform confidently
• Flag feature adoption opportunities and product gaps based on user behavior
• Monitor user engagement and act on potential risks or growth opportunities
• Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to advocate for customer needs
• Contribute to internal and client-facing documentation and training materials
• Champion a customer-first culture through peer support and process improvements


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 2+ years in a customer-facing role (Support, Success, Implementation, Training)
• Tech-savvy with strong troubleshooting instincts
• Able to confidently explain complex tools to non-technical users
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Proven follow-through and accountability for customer outcomes
• Sees how systems connect and impact the broader customer experience

• Familiarity with SaaS platforms
• Experience using CRMs or support ticket systems
