🧾 About the Role
As a Customer Solutions Specialist, you’ll be the voice of a company that values innovation, empathy, and real-time problem-solving. You’ll work directly with customers to resolve issues, manage orders, and provide outstanding service through phone, email, and chat. This is a fast-paced, remote role with a strong team culture and plenty of room to grow.

Shift: Monday–Friday, 11:30 AM–8:00 PM ET
Training Schedule: 9:30 AM–6:00 PM ET (for the first 60 days)
Starting Pay: $25.70/hr

📋 What You’ll Own
• Deliver prompt and accurate support via phone, chat, and email
• Investigate and resolve customer issues with critical thinking and care
• Keep customers informed about order status and updates
• Use multiple software tools to manage customer accounts
• Collaborate with internal teams to create win-win solutions
• Handle escalated situations with professionalism and tact
• Receive feedback regularly to improve service quality
• Join video meetings and maintain active team participation
• Stay flexible, positive, and ready to adapt as the company evolves


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Strong verbal and written communication in English
• Proficiency with Office 365 and internet navigation
• Typing speed of 40+ WPM
• Strong multitasking, organization, and time management skills
• Ability to troubleshoot independently and collaboratively
• Growth mindset and eagerness to learn
• Steady internet: 75 Mbps down / 10 Mbps up (hardwired preferred)
