Sharecare is looking for full-time Customer Service Representatives to handle inbound calls from members and providers. This is a fully remote role where you’ll be the frontline support—answering questions, solving problems, and providing helpful information in a professional and courteous manner.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Respond to calls and emails from members and healthcare providers

• Escalate concerns as needed and follow through on resolutions
• Use scripts, tools, and resources to guide responses

🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma or GED
• Prior customer service experience preferred
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills
• Able to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and internet navigation
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, constantly evolving setting
• Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
