Everlight Solar is lighting the path toward sustainable energy—and we need energetic, tech-savvy Customer Service Representatives to keep that connection strong. This fully remote, entry-level role is ideal for night owls who thrive in fast-paced, customer-first environments. You’ll be the first line of contact for customers, helping resolve issues, build trust, and deliver satisfaction with every interaction.


Position Highlights
$30,000–$40,000/year
• Full-time, remote (U.S.-based only)
• Evening shifts + alternating weekends

📋 What You’ll Own
• Handle high volumes of incoming calls with accuracy and poise
• Build lasting relationships with customers via engaging conversation
• Provide timely, clear, and comprehensive information and support
• Resolve complaints and track issues through resolution
• Maintain records, update customer accounts, and document all interactions
• Follow procedures while going the extra mile to create great customer experiences
• Work independently while supporting a dynamic, fast-growing solar team


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Customer service or client support experience preferred
• Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication and time management
• Comfortable multitasking and managing priorities under pressure
• Self-motivated and team-oriented
Must own a Mac computer and be fluent in the Apple ecosystem (macOS, iOS, iWork, etc.)
• Availability for one of the following shift options:

  • 1–11 PM CST (4 days/week + alternating Saturdays 8 AM–6 PM CST)
  • 3–11 PM CST (5 days/week + alternating Saturdays 8 AM–6 PM CST)

• Reliable internet connection
• Quiet, distraction-free home workspace
• Apple computer with full proficiency in Apple software
