Alight Retiree Health Solutions is hiring Virtual Customer Service Agents for a temporary assignment supporting Medicare-eligible retirees. You’ll provide inbound and outbound call support, help customers navigate healthcare options, schedule appointments, and respond to live chat inquiries. 📋 What You’ll Own
• Manage inbound and outbound calls to schedule/reschedule appointments or respond to status inquiries
• Educate members on Medicare health, drug, dental, and vision plans
• Support customers via phone and live chat, answering questions and resolving issues
• Provide basic troubleshooting and support for Alight’s customer tools and website
• Document all calls and outcomes clearly and accurately
• Demonstrate a consistently empathetic and professional demeanor
• Meet key performance indicators related to attendance, call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of call center customer service experience
• Strong verbal/written communication and active listening skills
• Ability to multi-task across phone, chat, and system navigation
• Quick learner, adaptable to process changes and new information
• Resilient under pressure, with proven problem-solving ability
• Comfortable with constructive feedback and working toward performance goals
• Must appear on-camera for training, meetings, and coaching sessions
