Version2.ai, a Givzey product, is seeking a detail-driven and client-focused Customer Onboarding Specialist to lead new users through seamless data integration and setup of our autonomous fundraising platform. In this role, you’ll bridge the gap between CRM systems and high-impact fundraising automation—ensuring customers get to value quickly, smoothly, and with a world-class experience.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Lead onboarding for new Version2.ai customers from kickoff to live deployment
• Project manage deliverables using tools like Trello and SFTP to ensure milestones are met
• Serve as the primary point of contact for CRM integration (Salesforce, Raiser’s Edge, Ellucian, Blackbaud, etc.)
• Deliver technical guidance and bridge communication between clients and internal Engineering
• Create best-in-class onboarding journeys that reduce time-to-value and drive early product success
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to maintain alignment and knowledge sharing
• Develop clear documentation, improve internal processes, and scale onboarding operations as we grow


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Deep familiarity with nonprofit CRM systems (Raiser’s Edge, Salesforce, Blackbaud, Ellucian, etc.)
• Strong project management experience with client-facing responsibilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable speaking with top-level leadership
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
• Proficient with tools like Trello and secure data transfer protocols (SFTP, exports, etc.)
• Passion for operational excellence and customer success
