OneSource Virtual is hiring a Customer On/Off Boarding Specialist to serve as the tax liaison between new clients and internal departments. This role is all about guiding customers through the tax onboarding process—reviewing reconciliations, coordinating setups, and providing audit explanations with clarity and professionalism.

📋 What You’ll Own

• Represent the OSV Tax team as a systems and process expert
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 3–5 years of customer service, payroll, or tax experience
• Strong working knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll taxes
• Self-directed, analytical, and organized
• Comfortable juggling multiple customers at once
• Skilled with Microsoft Office and client relationship tools
• Excellent time management and communication skills
