As a Customer Experience Associate, you’ll be the frontline of support for our users—helping them navigate our fintech platform with clarity, care, and a customer-first mindset. You’ll field inquiries, solve problems, and advocate for customer needs across multiple channels.

• Full-Time
• Salary: $67,000 + Equity
• Remote (U.S. only)

📋 What You’ll Own
• Resolve support issues through phone, email, and live chat
• Use internal tools and workflows to troubleshoot platform issues
• Collaborate with CX teammates and escalate complex issues when needed
• Provide product feedback by identifying recurring customer pain points
• Deliver high-quality support and meet or exceed performance goals


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 1–3 years in a customer-facing role
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Proficiency with Google Suite and Slack
• Organized, proactive, and eager to learn
• Able to work some evenings/weekends as needed
• Bonus: Experience in a startup, bilingual, or with support tools like Zendesk/Intercom
