As a Customer Experience Agent, you’ll provide support in both English and Spanish, helping customers navigate concerns with empathy and clarity. 📋 What You’ll Own
• Assist customers with issues related to products or services
• Log call details for auditing and reporting
• Update customer records accurately
• Recommend upgraded services and features when applicable
• Provide professional and courteous service during every interaction
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Fluent in both Spanish and English
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Previous customer service experience a plus
• Professional, customer-oriented demeanor
💻 Remote Requirements
• Must reside at address listed on your personnel file
• Private, quiet home workspace
• Wired broadband internet (minimum 10 Mbps download / 3 Mbps upload)
• No satellite, dial-up, or wireless internet allowed
• Alorica-provided equipment; you supply the connection
