š What Youāll Own
ā¢ Handle inbound customer inquiries on mortgage-related matters (payments, modifications, payoffs, refinancing)
ā¢ Outreach borrowers to resolve payment issues or account discrepancies
ā¢ Collaborate with servicing teams to flag and assist borrowers at risk of default
ā¢ Document all interactions diligently within Kiaviās systems
ā¢ Process payoff, verification, and insurance-related requests
ā¢ Support post-closing activities by updating borrower info in coordination with other teams
šÆ Must-Have Traits
ā¢ Bachelorās degree required
ā¢ Strong team-player who can build rapport and see issues through to resolution
ā¢ Proficiency in Excel or equivalent spreadsheet software; general Microsoft Office skills
ā¢ Preferred: knowledge of TCPA, FDCPA, CFPB mortgage guidelines; familiarity with escrow, taxation, hazard & mortgage insurance
ā¢ Bonus: Salesforce (or CRM) experience, Spanish fluency
