As a Customer Care Representative, you’ll be the friendly, solution-oriented guide helping business owners, managers, and employees navigate our software. You’ll support customers via email, chat, and phone—troubleshooting issues, explaining features, and ensuring they get the most from their account.
✅ Position Highlights
• Pay: $44,000 – $47,000 annually (Minnesota-based roles; pay varies by location/experience)
• Employment Type: Full-time, Remote (U.S. or Canada)
• Schedule: Rotating monthly; weekday shifts between 7:00am–10:00pm CST, weekend shifts 9:00am–5:00pm CST; weekend/evening availability required

📋 What You’ll Own
• Provide personalized customer support via email, live chat, and phone
• Troubleshoot and guide customers through product features and settings
• Develop in-depth product knowledge, including plan-specific and access-level features
• Respond to customer reviews on app platforms
• Collaborate with peers to ensure consistent, high-quality service
• Report bugs, escalate feature requests, and follow internal documentation processes
• Assist internal teams with product questions and updates via Slack
• Maintain a productive, distraction-free remote workspace for non-office days
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 1–2 years customer support experience (software support preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with empathy and clarity
