🧾 About the Role
CareCentrix is looking for a Customer Advocacy Specialist to manage high-level escalations and advocate for both patients and partners across the healthcare journey. If you’re experienced in customer resolution and thrive in fast-paced environments where empathy meets efficiency, this role puts your skills to work with impact. You’ll serve as a go-to SME, mentor new team members, and help identify opportunities for process improvement company-wide.


Position Highlights
• Full-time, Remote (U.S.-based)
• $19.50–$20.00/hour + monthly performance bonuses
• Standard shift: Monday–Friday, 11:30 AM–8:00 PM EST

📋 What You’ll Own
• Serve as main contact for escalated calls and complaint resolution
• Support and coach Customer Service Reps during high-stress cases
• Monitor case handling quality, call volume, and resolution trends
• Collaborate with supervisors to improve workflow, track root causes, and drive results
• Cross-train and mentor new hires and existing associates
• Respond to time-sensitive emails and manage entries in CART and reporting systems
• Contribute to departmental projects and performance tracking


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 3+ years in a healthcare-related call center or customer service setting
• Strong escalation and conflict-resolution skills
• Clear, confident communicator—verbal and written
• Comfortable navigating multiple systems and working independently
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Familiarity with compliance, reporting, and contact center operations (preferred)
