🧾 About the Role
CareCentrix is looking for a passionate and solution-driven Customer Advocacy Specialist to join its remote team. In this key role, you’ll handle escalated customer concerns, support service-level goals, and mentor new team members—all while helping improve internal processes that make healthcare more accessible at home.


Position Highlights
• $19.50 – $20.00/hour + monthly bonus opportunity
• Full-time | Monday–Friday, 11:30AM–8:00PM EST
• 100% Remote

📋 What You’ll Own
• Take the lead on escalated customer calls and complaint resolution
• Support supervisors in performance coaching, work plans, and training
• Analyze recurring issues and suggest improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality
• Serve as a resource for Customer Service Representatives
• Handle reports, emails, and production backup as needed


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years in inbound contact center roles (preferably healthcare)
• Experience managing escalations and solving problems independently
• Strong communication, data entry, and time management skills
• Familiarity with healthcare compliance and internal systems a plus
