CareCentrix – Remote (U.S.-based, EST hours)


🧾 About the Role
CareCentrix is looking for a Customer Advocacy Specialist to join its team of compassionate problem-solvers. In this remote role, you’ll serve as the go-to contact for escalated customer concerns and complex issues—balancing empathy, independence, and resolution expertise. If you have a strong background in customer service and a talent for de-escalating tense situations, this role puts you in a position to make a meaningful impact.


Position Highlights
• $19.50 – $20.00 per hour (plus monthly bonus potential)
• Full-time, Non-exempt
• Remote – EST schedule
• Monday–Friday, 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM EST

📋 What You’ll Own
• Serve as the first point of contact for escalated calls and case reviews
• Investigate, de-escalate, and resolve complex payer, provider, and patient complaints
• Support team leads by mentoring new reps, coaching others, and monitoring work quality
• Collaborate across departments to identify root causes and recommend solutions
• Assist with special projects, compliance reports, and internal case management
• Enter and track data accurately in internal systems


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years in healthcare customer service or high-volume contact center roles
• Proven track record handling escalations and solving customer issues
• Solid administrative and call center support experience
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and multitasking skills
• Basic computer proficiency and data entry accuracy
