Equip Health, a fully remote and award-winning leader in virtual eating disorder treatment, is seeking a Credentialing Specialist to help expand access to high-quality care across all 50 states. You’ll coordinate clinician licensing efforts and uphold credentialing excellence that supports patients’ long-term recovery.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Maintain credentialing files to meet regulatory requirements
• Ensure timely provider updates and payer enrollment
• Coordinate delegated credentialing surveys, audits, and quality assessments
• Identify process improvements for efficiency
• Support onboarding of licensed providers across disciplines (MDs, LCSWs, RDs, etc.)
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 1+ year in healthcare credentialing, enrollment, or admin (payer or provider side)
• Familiar with CAQH ProView and related databases
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Agile problem solver comfortable with ambiguity
• High comfort with fast-paced, compliance-driven environments
