🧾 About the Role
Navitus is transforming the pharmacy benefits space with a transparent, people-first model. As a Workforce Management (WFM) Coordinator, you’ll handle real-time monitoring, schedule adjustments, and intraday workforce operations to help ensure service level goals are met across the organization. You’ll also support process documentation, reporting, and communication within the WFM team.
✅ Position Highlights
• $20.44–$24.33/hour
• Full-time, remote (with some state restrictions*)
• Flexible scheduling between 8:00am–6:30pm CST

📋 What You’ll Own
• Monitor live service queues to flag any performance issues
• Track agent adherence and update schedules for real-time changes
• Adjust schedules due to absences, tardiness, or early departures
• Answer questions via the WFM shared inbox
• Generate recurring and custom reports with accuracy and clarity
• Document internal WFM policies, procedures, and training materials
• Assist in implementing new contact channels and shift strategies
• Collaborate with leadership on performance and adherence concerns
• Take meeting minutes, manage calendar invites, and handle administrative support for the WFM team
• Support other workforce planning duties as needed
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma or GED required (Associate’s degree preferred)
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
• Strong understanding of scheduling logistics and operational workflows
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Experience in a customer service or call center environment preferred
• Cooperative and respectful approach to teamwork
• Willingness to learn and support compliance initiatives
