Navitus is hiring a Coordinator to support their Claims Adjudication Operations (CAO) Implementation team. You’ll manage operational data, analyze workflow metrics, and support process improvements that directly impact service delivery. ✅ Position Highlights
• $19.60–$23.06/hour
• Full-time, remote (with some state restrictions*)
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CT

📋 What You’ll Own
• Capture and track work requests from Kanban boards into Navitus’ data system
• Reconcile and verify data for accuracy, flagging discrepancies
• Generate operational reports and dashboard metrics
• Record time spent on requests and assist in workload sizing
• Contribute to process improvements and quality assurance efforts
• Maintain documentation including training materials and internal policies
• Support occasional after-hours or weekend work as needed
• Collaborate with team members to meet shared departmental goals
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
• Hands-on experience with Kanban tools and workflow tracking
• Strong Excel/data entry skills and familiarity with dashboard reporting
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and data integrity
• Able to prioritize, follow through, and adapt quickly
• Comfortable working across teams and functions
• Familiarity with compliance and DEI principles is a plus
