🧾 About the Role
Wrapbook is seeking a Contributions Specialist to join our Client Operations team. This full-time, remote position is key to ensuring accurate union benefit contributions tied to payroll. You’ll work across departments to uphold compliance, calculate contributions with precision, and keep detailed records for internal audits. Position Highlights
• Full-time, Remote (U.S. or Canada)
• Salary ranges by location:
 – Zone A: $88,000 – $119,900 USD (San Francisco, LA, NYC, Boston, etc.)
 – Zone B: $74,000 – $100,800 USD (all other U.S. locations)
 – Zone C: CA$74,000 – CA$100,800 (all locations in Canada)
• Equity + performance-based bonus potential
• Health, dental, vision + RRSP/401(k) matching

• $1,500 USD / $2,025 CAD home IT setup stipend
• Monthly internet/cell phone reimbursement


📋 What You’ll Own
• Calculate and allocate union benefit contributions accurately based on payroll
• Validate contribution data against union agreements and fund requirements
• Ensure clean and timely data entry into accounting systems
• Collaborate with Labor Relations to interpret and apply rate group guidelines
• Coordinate with benefit reporting team to meet deadlines and compliance
• Track contract changes and update internal systems accordingly
• Maintain detailed documentation for transparency and audit readiness
• Contribute to process documentation and cross-team alignment


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 3–5 years experience with union payroll contributions in entertainment
• Expertise in MPI rate groups, SAG/AFTRA, DGA, WGA, and NBF contributions
• Deep understanding of benefit fund jurisdictions and collective bargaining agreements
• Proficiency in Excel and G-Suite tools
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Familiarity with film/TV production payroll systems and reporting processes
