Quench is seeking a Consumables Specialist to provide exceptional service across our Coffee and Bevi product lines. In this role, you’ll serve as the critical connector between customers, technicians, and internal teams—delivering fast, thoughtful, and solutions-focused support. 📋 What You’ll Own
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and urgency
• Create and manage work orders, sales orders, and account setups
• Provide tech support coordination and troubleshooting for coffee and Bevi systems
• Collaborate with teams across Scheduling, Supply Chain, and Account Management
• Escalate priority issues and follow through until resolution
• Maintain accurate customer records and product knowledge
• Communicate with vendors and ensure timely service execution
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 2+ years of customer service experience (preferably in a tech or service-based environment)
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
• Clear, professional communication—both written and verbal
• Strong emotional intelligence; adaptable to different customer personalities
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Team player mindset with a customer-first attitude
• Experience working cross-functionally a plus
