• Make high-volume outbound calls using a power dialer to pursue warm leads
• Build rapport and convert prospects into policyholders

🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Valid Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance license
• Proven outbound sales or call center success

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Familiarity with CRM tools and power dialers (preferred)
• Prior experience in underwriting or compliance (preferred)
