📋 What You’ll Own
• Communicate with customers to resolve account receivables and outstanding balances
• Negotiate timely payments using effective communication strategies
• Identify delinquencies and recommend actions
• Resolve disputes and discrepancies across departments
• Maintain accurate records of collections activities and reporting
• Generate and send collection letters, invoices, and statements
• Ensure SOC audit compliance on collections and write-offs
• Provide top-tier customer service and build lasting relationships
• Manage collections tickets within JIRA and Salesforce
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Associate or Bachelor’s in Business or equivalent
• 2+ years of proven collections experience
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with strong organizational abilities
• Knowledge of collection laws and confidentiality protocols
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
