As a 3rd Party Collection Representative, you’ll manage charged-off consumer accounts, using strategic outreach and negotiation skills to recover debt while staying fully compliant. ✅ Position Highlights
• $15.00–$18.03/hr (commensurate with experience)
• Full-time, remote

📋 What You’ll Own
• Manage a portfolio of charged-off accounts using compliant collection techniques
• Locate right-party contacts using skip tracing strategies
• Negotiate payment terms or settlements while addressing objections
• Track and document account activity with accuracy and speed
• Close or escalate accounts per company guidelines
• Assist teammates with “second voice” calls
• Attend monthly training sessions to strengthen collection skills
• Stay current on FDCPA regulations and internal policies
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ year of collections or sales experience preferred
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn internal systems
• Able to handle confidential data with integrity
• Self-starter with a team-first mindset
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote setting
