🧾 About the Role
Bicycle Health is on a mission to fight the opioid crisis with compassionate, evidence-based care. As a Clinical Support Specialist, you’ll be the frontline link between patients and their care teams—providing support, empathy, and fast resolution for everything from pharmacy help to scheduling. You’ll work closely with clinicians to ensure a seamless treatment journey via our innovative telehealth platform.
✅ Position Highlights
• $20.75/hour starting pay
• Full-time, 40 hours/week
• Schedule: Thu–Mon (10:45am–7:15pm ET) + weekends (9:30am–6:00pm ET)
• Fully remote (Southeast Region preferred)

• 3 weeks PTO + sick time + 10 holidays

📋 What You’ll Own
• Act as the first point of contact for patients via phone, chat, or email
• Resolve issues related to appointments, pharmacy logistics, and tech support
• Follow defined workflows to maintain care quality and documentation
• Collaborate with clinicians and behavioral health providers
• Use platforms like Zoom, G-suite, Athena, FreshWorks, and the Bicycle Health app
• Represent our AAA patient care model: Accessible, Affordable, Accountable
• Triage and troubleshoot while providing a warm, professional experience
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 1–2 years of relevant customer support experience
• Medical background (e.g. Medical Assistant, Pharmacy Tech)
• Experience in high-volume environments (80+ contacts/day)
• Excellent communicator—clear, empathetic, and tech-savvy
• Self-starter with strong attention to detail
• Spanish fluency a plus, but not required
• Reliable internet, private work setup, and professional video call environment
