📋 What You’ll Own
• Conduct outbound calls to engage patients in MTM services, overcoming objections with empathy and persuasion
• Schedule medication reviews (Comprehensive, Disease State, or Targeted Interventions)
• Receive inbound calls and respond based on set protocols, escalating when needed
• Document patient interactions and update demographic/contact info accurately
• Assist with medication refills and prescription coordination
• Promote a positive, mission-aligned team culture rooted in empathy, unity, and accountability
• Provide high-quality customer service while completing administrative tasks efficiently
