Charlie Health is hiring a detail-oriented and empathetic Clinical Admissions Associate to be the first point of contact for clients beginning their treatment journey. In this role, you’ll complete biopsychosocial assessments, determine level-of-care appropriateness, and ensure a smooth handoff to the care team. This is a high-impact opportunity for a licensed mental health professional who thrives in a fast-paced, virtual healthcare environment.

• Shifts available:
◦ Mon–Fri, 12pm–8pm MT
◦ Sun–Thurs, 12pm–8pm MT
• Salary: $50,000–$60,000/year
• Full benefits package included (health, dental, vision, PTO, and more)

📋 What You’ll Own
• Serve as the welcoming face of Charlie Health for new clients
• Complete thorough biopsychosocial assessments across age groups and presenting concerns
• Determine clinical fit for Charlie Health’s virtual IOP model
• Assign DSM-V provisional diagnoses when appropriate
• Document intake assessments using Charlie’s EMR in compliance with all standards
• Coordinate with the clinical, admissions, and insurance teams to finalize onboarding
• Interface with external referral sources (e.g., hospitals, therapists, psychiatrists)
• Assign clients to treatment team members and schedule groups accordingly
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Master’s degree in mental health counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field (required)
• Previous experience conducting mental health assessments and/or admissions
• Experience working with children, teens, and adults
• Strong understanding of DSM-V and clinical appropriateness for IOP-level care
• Reliable tech setup with secure WiFi for telehealth delivery
• Comfortable navigating EMRs and collaborating across teams
• Native or bilingual English proficiency

• Reliable high-speed internet and private/confidential space for telehealth
• Proficient in Gmail, Zoom, Google Suite, and EMR platforms
• Comfortable with fast-paced, collaborative environments
