Help at Home is hiring a Client Service Supervisor to oversee care coordination and quality service delivery for in-home care clients. This is a remote, full-time role with local travel required to visit clients and caregivers. You’ll serve as the primary liaison between clients, caregivers, and the internal team, ensuring care plans are followed and client satisfaction remains high.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients
• Assign homecare aides based on client needs and plans of care
• Conduct home visits to assess needs, build relationships, and maintain quality standards
• Maintain client files and ensure all documentation is current and HIPAA-compliant
• Provide coaching to caregivers and escalate performance concerns
• Manage and communicate schedule updates across stakeholders
• Respond to and resolve client complaints and concerns promptly
• Document critical incidents and maintain required reporting
• Track client satisfaction surveys and visit logs
• Educate caregivers and clients on plan-of-care changes
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma or GED required (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• At least 18 years of age
• Basic computer literacy and typing skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
• Compassionate, professional, and proactive demeanor
• Medicaid, Waiver, or home healthcare experience preferred
• Must have valid PPD test or Chest X-ray, if applicable
