ProviderSoft, a Jonas Software company, is hiring a full-time Client Implementation Specialist to lead onboarding efforts for new clients using their software systems. This role combines project management, client training, and support with the goal of ensuring successful implementations and smooth handoffs to the client success team. 📋 What You’ll Own
• Plan and manage software implementations for new clients
• Conduct regular onboarding meetings and training sessions
• Define and document functional requirements based on client needs
• Act as a liaison between clients and development teams

• Demonstrate new features and gather feedback
• Use internal tools for screen sharing, project tracking, and documentation
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 2+ years in a client-facing or implementation-related role
• Experience in early intervention programs is a plus
