🧾 About the Role
CareCentrix is hiring a Claims Support Associate II to help maintain smooth payment reconciliation and billing operations. In this remote role, you’ll work directly between the Claims and Accounting departments to ensure clean, accurate posting and payment resolution—while also providing training on payer formats and updates. If you have billing chops and Excel confidence, we want you on the team.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Process and reconcile healthcare payments using 835 remittance files
• Manually post payments with high accuracy and speed
• Review EOB/EOPs to ensure accurate line-level claim posting
• Resolve discrepancies, suspense checks, and provider-level adjustments
• Collaborate with internal teams and train staff on payer changes
• Maintain compliance with claims standards and internal protocols
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years in billing, reimbursement, or cash posting (835/EOB/EOP experience required)
• Strong Excel skills and comfort navigating data-heavy environments
• Excellent verbal/written communication and research abilities
• Organized, responsive, and solution-oriented under pressure
• A collaborative spirit—and a good sense of humor helps too
