🧾 About the Role
Sharecare is hiring Certified Health Coaches to join a virtual care team focused on improving lifestyle habits and reducing health risks. You’ll work 1-on-1 with program members to help them adopt healthier behaviors across nutrition, exercise, stress, and more. This is a remote, full-time role with a structured training program and clear performance metrics.
✅ Position Highlights
• Full-time
• Remote (U.S.-based only)
• $21.50/hour or $25/hour (with NBC-HWC or CHES certification)
• Start Date: Monday, June 9, 2025
• Required Shift: Monday–Friday, open to 10:30am–8:00pm CST
• Required: Every 4th Saturday, 8:00am–4:30pm CST
• 6-week paid training (8:00am–4:30pm CST, no absences allowed)
📋 What You’ll Own
• Conduct inbound/outbound coaching calls with assigned members
• Engage eligible members and explain program offerings
• Help clients modify behaviors to reduce health risks
• Use motivational interviewing and evidence-based coaching
• Track member progress and log updates into the system
• Coordinate with nurses, pharmacists, and care teams
• Meet caseload and schedule expectations based on client needs
• Participate in daily/weekly meetings and share findings
• Work flexibly within shifting schedules and workloads
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field (or 2+ years of coaching experience)
• 1–2 years of experience in coaching, health services, or customer support
• Strong interpersonal skills and an empathetic, motivating presence
• Able to multitask during live calls and input data efficiently
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
• Open to shift changes and rotating weekend work
• Understands (or willing to learn) topics like nutrition, exercise, stress, sleep, and behavior change
• Hard-wired internet connection (Wi-Fi not allowed for this role)
