🧾 About the Role
Charlie Health is on a mission to expand access to life-saving behavioral health care for adolescents and young adults. As a Care Experience Specialist, you’ll be the compassionate, consistent voice on the other end of the line—ensuring that clients and their families feel seen, supported, and guided throughout treatment. You’ll serve as a key point of contact, helping navigate questions, address concerns, and coordinate care between teams.

✅ Position Highlights
• Salary range: $45,000–$55,000/year
• 100% Remote (U.S. only)
• Full-time, with benefits (see below)
• Client-facing, mission-critical role

📋 What You’ll Own
• Serve as a liaison between clients, families, and internal teams
• Answer and resolve incoming calls, texts, and emails with compassion and efficiency
• Support client-related requests from the Clinical Care team
• Proactively resolve gaps in treatment attendance
• Help families connect with aftercare services post-treatment
• Maintain accurate documentation across platforms
• Help manage and adjust client schedules
• Consistently meet or exceed KPIs (resolution rate, client satisfaction, etc.)
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 2+ years in a customer success or patient support role
• Experience working with adolescents or young adults preferred
• Deep emotional intelligence and calming presence under pressure
• Skilled with Salesforce or equivalent CRM
• Familiar with contact center tech and cloud-based tools (Slack, Zoom, G-suite)
• Knowledge of HIPAA protocols
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Native or bilingual English fluency
