Charlie Health is on a mission to redefine behavioral health care—and as a Care Experience Specialist, you’ll be the heartbeat of that mission. From onboarding clients post-admission to coordinating their journey through treatment, you’ll serve as a compassionate guide and connector between clients and internal teams. This role blends empathy, communication, and operational precision to ensure every client feels heard, supported, and cared for.

• Full-Time, Remote (U.S. Only)
• Salary Range: $45,000–$55,000/year

📋 What You’ll Own
• Serve as the post-admission point of contact for families and clients
• Respond to calls, texts, and emails with empathy and efficiency
• Help clients navigate scheduling, rescheduling, and care coordination
• Proactively flag attendance gaps and work to re-engage clients in treatment
• Liaise with internal teams: Admissions, Billing, Clinical, Outreach, and more
• Support aftercare transitions by scheduling external therapy appointments
• Maintain organized records and document interactions thoroughly
• Adapt to a dynamic, ever-evolving startup culture and client needs
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 2+ years in a customer success, patient support, or care coordination role
• Salesforce (or CRM equivalent) and contact center tool experience (1–2 years)
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience with adolescents and young adults strongly preferred
• HIPAA knowledge and healthcare experience is a plus
• Emotionally intelligent, adaptable, and people-first
• Native or bilingual English proficiency
• Proficient in tools like Slack, Zoom, G-Suite, EMRs, and Microsoft Office
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
