CareLinx, a Sharecare company, is looking for a Care Advisor to support its Payer Operations team. This is a customer-focused, remote position helping families connect with non-medical, in-home caregivers. You’ll guide members through the entire care process—from interview to hire to retention—ensuring a smooth, empathetic experience.

– Monday–Friday, 9:30am–6:00pm CST
– Monday–Friday, 10:30am–7:00pm CST

📋 What You’ll Own
• Guide families through the caregiver selection and hiring process
• Support members and caregivers after hiring to maintain satisfaction
• Coordinate interviews and ensure follow-through
• Build relationships with families and caregivers in a call center-style environment
• Log detailed notes in the internal EHR system
• Collaborate across departments to support CareLinx’s mission
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 1+ year in a productivity-based customer service or call center role
• High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Attention to detail, time management, and multitasking skills
• Comfortable working remotely in a distraction-free environment
• Professional, confident, and empathetic demeanor
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and digital tools
• Healthcare experience a plus
