AnswerNet is hiring Bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Service Agents who are ready to deliver exceptional service from the comfort of home. You’ll handle a mix of inbound and outbound calls, solve customer issues with empathy and professionalism, and ensure every interaction is documented with care. • $15.00 per hour
• Full-time schedule
• Remote – open to multiple U.S. states
• Flexible hours between 8 AM – 5 PM, Monday through Sunday

📋 What You’ll Own
• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls
• Provide accurate, helpful, and friendly service in both English and Spanish
• Resolve complaints and follow up to ensure satisfaction
• Meet call quotas and service metrics
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and actions taken
• Engage customers proactively and professionally


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
• 1+ year of high-volume call center experience
• Familiarity with auto-dialer systems
• Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound communication
• Clear, pleasant phone demeanor and strong active listening skills
• Strong computer skills and quick learner of new software
• Positive, solution-focused attitude and professional conduct
• Able to multitask, manage time, and meet performance goals
