Pomelo Care is on a mission to improve maternal and newborn outcomes through proactive, tech-enabled care. As a Bilingual Outbound Enrollment Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients—educating, enrolling, and connecting them to services that improve their health journeys. This is a phone-forward, goal-driven role ideal for someone who’s fluent in both English and Spanish, and passionate about healthcare access.

• Remote: Yes (U.S.-based)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–6:30 PM CT

📋 What You’ll Own
• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to inform and enroll patients into Pomelo services
• Educate patients about clinical and social resources available through their health plan
• Document all patient interactions accurately and in a timely manner
• Manage inbound calls and provide support for questions or concerns
• Collaborate with care providers and community partners to ensure continuity of care
• Schedule follow-ups and coordinate appointments as needed
• Hit and exceed enrollment targets based on performance metrics
• Stay current through ongoing training in healthcare delivery and outreach strategies
