🧾 About the Role
UnitedHealthcare is hiring bilingual English/Spanish Customer Service Representatives for its SafeTrip travel insurance support team. In this fully remote role, you’ll assist current and prospective members with travel insurance inquiries, help convert interest into policies, and provide timely support via phone and email. Position Highlights
• $20.00 – $35.72 per hour (based on experience & location)
• Full-time, Non-exempt
• 100% Remote within the U.S.
• Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts between 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST
• Paid virtual training, full benefits, 401(k), and stock purchase plan


📋 What You’ll Own
• Handle up to 80 incoming calls per day from prospective and current SafeTrip policyholders
• Explain coverage details, policy exclusions, and travel insurance options
• Assist with enrollment, eligibility verification, and group onboarding
• Manage multiple shared email inboxes and resolve member questions
• Load new members into internal systems and reconcile eligibility issues
• Collaborate with brokers and client management teams on group transactions


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma or GED
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
• 3+ years of customer service or consumer sales experience
• 2+ years in an office-based, remote, or administrative environment
• Must have (or be able to obtain within 90 days): Property & Casualty Producer and Life & Health Insurance licenses
• Availability for full-time shifts M–F, with occasional overtime as needed
